The first Catholic church in the village of Sveti Martin pri Vurberku, in the Dvorjane district, was built in the mid-15th century. The old church was rebuilt several times in later centuries, but the building still retains many of its Gothic features. The church is 22 metres long, 14.3 metres wide and 33 metres high. The main altar, restored at the beginning of the 20th century, depicts St. Martin, the side altar on the right side depicts the Virgin Mary, and the one on the left depicts St. Michael. (The village of Dvorjane belongs administratively to the municipality of Duplek.)
