The grapes from the Pannonhalma Abbey Winery's vineyards are processed in the new cellar and wine house, which covers an area of almost 2,000 square metres and is built at the foot of the monastery, at the south-eastern foot of Mount St. Martin. The complex for processing of the grapes and the ageing of the wine is in keeping with the landscape and takes full advantage of the topography, allowing visitors to the winery to gain a complete insight into the winemaking process and its results.
