St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church was built around 1720, with a baroque altar and pulpit. The modern Lutheran church, next to the old bell tower, was completed in 1997. The Sághy Castle is a 19th century building.
The first church known from documents was consecrated in 1379. That church and the present Catholic church, built in 1717, are both called St Andrew's. Its feast day, however, is celebrated on the feast of the Virgin Mary. The exchange of patron saints can be traced in the sanctuary. The original image of St Andrew on the side wall of the Baroque altarpiece has been replaced by a rare depiction of Mary. The image was replaced in 1905. Ottó Baditz painted the new altarpiece, in which the head of the Virgin Mary is adorned with the Holy Crown, but the heavenly patroness of our country is not standing at an unreachable height, but standing on the ground to greet the child Jesus with a huge bouquet of flowers. Next to the unique painting are statues of St Stephen and St Lazarus, and above them is a picture of the Holy Trinity, between two statues of bishops. A painting from 1778 hangs on the side wall of the sanctuary, depicting putti, flowers, doves and quotations from the litany of prayers around Mary and the Child. The final prayer of the Latin supplications asks for the protection of Hungary. On the church bell, cast in 1925, is a prayer for the immediate surroundings: 'Our God, watch over the village, the Child'.
